Scorching North customers get free shipping EU/UK wide with NO order minimums. UK customers can also enjoy free exchange and returns.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us at info@scorchingnorth.com to arrange a refund or exchange.  We will work with you to provide a FREE return shipment label (UK wide) with a delivery service that suits your schedule.

Gifts and sale items may only be exchanged for store credit. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labelling/tagging intact.  

 

 

Refund Policy

 

If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns or exchanges. Follow the guidelines below for free returns and exchanges (UK customers) or fee-free returns and exchanges (EU customers).

Returns and exchanges

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unworn, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with labelling/tagging intact.

To complete your return or exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Christmas Extension

Items purchased between Dec 1 and Dec 25 will be accepted for return or exchange under the same policy terms up to January 31.

 

(UK customers) Exchange and return process

  1. Email Scorching North via the Contact Us page or info@scorchingnorth.com to indicate that you wish to exchange or return your product.

  2. Scorching North will arrange a return delivery service and prepaid shipping label to be applied to the exchange or return product.

  3. Repackage the product securely and apply the shipping label. Follow the agreed instructions provided by the delivery service.

  4. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange or return product to reach us may vary.

  5. Once your exchange or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return (if applicable).

  6. Once an exchange is approved your replacement product will be shipped within 2-3 days. Any approved return will be processed within 2-3 days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

(EU customers) Exchange and return process

  1. Email Scorching North via the Contact Us page or info@scorchingnorth.com to indicate that you wish to exchange or return your product.  Scorching North will provide a UK shipping address for your product return (if applicable).

  2. It is the customers responsibility to arrange postage of the returned product.

  3. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchange or return product to reach us may vary.

  4. Once your exchange or return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your exchange or return (if applicable).

  5. Once an exchange is approved your replacement product will be shipped within 2-3 days. Any approved return will be processed within 2-3 days, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

 

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items

Occasionally sale items are unable to be exchanged because they are last of a batch or size. In this case a refund or store credit will be arranged.

Items received as gifts

If you have received a Scorching North product as a gift we are happy to exchange it for another product or store credit.  Proof of purchase such as a receipt or order confirmation to the purchaser is required.
