Black Friday 2020 Terms and Conditions

The following terms and conditions apply to the 2020 Black Friday "Buy one THERMO/GEO get VIVID 1/2 price" sale running Nov 27-30 2020 (Buy One Get One offer).

How long do I have to return or exchange my item?
The standard returns policy applies to all items purchased during the Black Friday promotion in 2020.

Can I return or exchange items from the offer?
Any items purchased during a Buy One Get One deal can be returned for an exchange or for store credit. Items purchased during a Buy One Get One sale are viewed as pairs, the THERMO or GEO pair being the purchased pair and the VIVID being the discounted pair.

If both items from a Buy One Get One are returned at the same time, the full amount of the purchase can be refunded in the form of an in-store credit or refund back to the original form of payment.

The purchased or discounted items from a Buy One Get One sale are eligible individually for exchange for any item within the same collection e.g. size and colour changes only. VIVID tights cannot be exchanged for THERMO/GEO tights.

If only one item from a Buy One Get One sale is returned for refund the Buy One Get One offer will no longer apply to the order and the refund will be made less the discount already received at checkout, for example:

1. If the VIVID product is returned the BOGO offer no longer applies. VIVID tights rrp £49.95 less £25.00 discount already received at checkout leaves £24.95 for refund.
2. If the THERMO/GEO product is returned the BOGO offer no longer applies. THERMO/GEO tights rrp £49.95 less £25.00 discount already received at checkout leaves £24.95 for refund.

The Buy One Get One offer is available between Nov 27 0:01 and Nov 30 23:59 inclusive and only while stocks last. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with other sale codes or offers.
